Payment

Payment is made in full before delivery, by credit card through our secure website.

We stand behind everything we deliver with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're ever unhappy with a product or our service, we'll refund or replace it — simple as that. Just email or call us with a photo and a quick note about what went wrong, and we'll make it right. Your feedback genuinely helps us do better.

Delivery areas & days

We can only deliver to addresses within our delivery zone, so please make sure your address and suburb are correct at checkout — orders outside our area can't be processed. You can check coverage on our delivery information page. We deliver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays depending on your location. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control mean we have to adjust the schedule — if that happens, we'll do our best to keep you informed. If anything arrives damaged in our own transport, we'll replace it free of charge or credit your next order.

Unattended deliveries

If you've asked us to leave your order in a nominated spot, we can't be responsible for any damage or theft once it's there. We'd suggest having a safe, shaded place ready, and bringing your order inside and storing it properly as soon as you can.

Keeping cold things cold

Refrigerated items leave us at a safe temperature in line with food health and safety standards. If you won't be home, please pop out an esky or cooler bag — refrigerated items left on doorsteps are at your own risk, and we can't take responsibility for anything that spoils after an unattended delivery.

Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability for any product bought through our website is limited to a refund of what you paid for it. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any other loss or damage — including property damage, personal injury, lost profits, or other indirect or consequential loss — however it arises. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
